Company profile
Blumberg Engineers have been successfully planning and engineering water and waste water treatment projects for more than 30 years, preferring the development and use of ecological techniques (“ecotechnologies”).We define ecotechnologies as the well planned construction and use of complete ecosystems for tasks of production and disposal, especially for waste water treatment.
Our office has extensive experiences in the successful application of waste water and water treatment systems, having completed over 350 large and small scale projects world-wide (Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Macedonia, France, Syria, India, China, South Korea, Indonesia, Vietnam, Mexico, Afghanistan, Ecuador, Canada, Iran, Iraq, UAE, Oman, Tanzania and Jordan), including industrial projects across several sectors.
We have scientific and practical know-how, especially in waste water and sludge treatment with reed bed technologies, natural methods of grey-water treatment and close to nature outdoor swimming pools.
We have also successfully decentralized the infrastructure of waste water treatment for some municipalities and have treated industrial waste water in reed beds with great success.
From 2001 to 2010 we were managing commercial and technical tasks of waste water treatment for a rural municipality with 11,000 citizens in the Germany federal state Lower Saxony.
Our engineers are skilled specialists in civil, agricultural, ecological and electrical engineering. Blumberg Engineers is associated with a network of consulting firms in Germany, Europe and other countries around the world. With these partners in civil engineering, hydrology, hydraulics, statics and geology, we can offer a number of innovative self-developments to our clients.
Our tight collaboration with universities guarantees the integration of the latest scientific developments into our projects.
